Not sure which size to order? To help you get started, you will find our size charts below. This will make it easier for you to estimate which size you need. Our advice is to measure over your underwear. For tops, measure A and B. For tops, measure B and C.

Size chart for men

A. Chest measurement:
Measure directly under the arms, at the widest point all the way around.

B. Waist circumference:
Measure around the narrowest point between the chest and hips.

C. Hip circumference:
Measure around the widest part of the hips, above the thickest part of the buttocks.

Size chart ladies

A. Chest measurement:
Measure just under the arms, over the widest part of the chest.

Size chart for compression stockings

A. Calf size:
It is not your shoe size but your calf circumference that is decisive. Therefore, use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of the widest part of your calf.

B. Shoe size:
TIP: If your calf size is not the same as your shoe size, choose the size that matches your calf circumference. Example: If your calf circumference is 42 cm and your shoe size is 42, choose M4.
