It is not your shoe size but your calf circumference that is decisive. Therefore, use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of the widest part of your calf.
B. Shoe size:
TIP: If your calf size is not the same as your shoe size, choose the size that matches your calf circumference. Example: If your calf circumference is 42 cm and your shoe size is 42, choose M4.

What else makes JACK so special? A minimalist design with fewer seams and more space in the crotch - for an optimal fit and maximum comfort.
The slim fit is made from wonderfully soft bamboo fabric and has a comfortable, elasticated waistband. A subtle detail: the Bamboo Basics logo is only applied once, tone-on-tone, on the side of the waistband. You simply have to feel these Bamboo Basics!
