      Measure directly under the arms, at the widest point all the way around.
      B. Waist circumference:
      Measure around the narrowest point between the chest and hips.
      C. Hip circumference:
      Measure around the widest part of the hips, above the thickest part of the buttocks.

      It is not your shoe size but your calf circumference that is decisive. Therefore, use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of the widest part of your calf.
      B. Shoe size:
      TIP: If your calf size is not the same as your shoe size, choose the size that matches your calf circumference. Example: If your calf circumference is 42 cm and your shoe size is 42, choose M4.

      The time is ripe! The popular Julia waist briefs are now also available in red. The Julia is a waist brief without the Bamboo Basics logo and is worn at the top of the hips. The fabric is silky soft, as you would expect, and wonderfully comfortable. The side of the briefs is slightly narrower and therefore goes more towards the waist. This 3-pack contains three red Bamboo Basics Julia waist briefs.
