      Measure directly under the arms, at the widest point all the way around.
      B. Waist circumference:
      Measure around the narrowest point between the chest and hips.
      C. Hip circumference:
      Measure around the widest part of the hips, above the thickest part of the buttocks.

      It is not your shoe size but your calf circumference that is decisive. Therefore, use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of the widest part of your calf.
      B. Shoe size:
      TIP: If your calf size is not the same as your shoe size, choose the size that matches your calf circumference. Example: If your calf circumference is 42 cm and your shoe size is 42, choose M4.

      We recommend washing Bamboo Basics products at the lowest possible temperature, maximum 40 degrees. Do not put the products in the dryer. To use them for a particularly long time, let them air dry - thanks to the bamboo material, this happens very quickly.
